Les Fermes de l'Hermineur is located in Frasse, genuine small Haute-Savoie village, at only 4 km away from the Carroz d'Arâches and the Grand Massif vast ski domain. The development comprises 2 chalets (Praz and Rival) and a farm under renovation, all facing south and benefiting from amazing views from the Aravis chain.

In the Rival building, the 7 apartments* on sale, from one to three bedrooms, are Savoie-style designed and very spacious which makes them a very pleasant and friendly place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Each apartment also features a large wooden balcony and an underground parking lot.
