At the heart of the Norman coastline and 2h30 from Paris, the beach resort of Courseulles-sur-Mer offers several tourist attractions. Like its famous neighbours, Deauville, Cabourg and Bayeux, Courseulles-sur-Mer is becoming a key resort on the Normandy coast.

The new-build development will include 75 apartments and 20 houses, harmoniously laid out in a bucolic landscaped setting of apple trees, roses and other amazing plants. From 1 to 3 bedrooms, the housing units offer high quality services and facilities. Modern decoration, combined with tangy-coloured furniture and fabrics, gives a dynamic touch and character to the interior.
