What Does It Consist Of?

The prescription program consists of a sponsorship between our company and a property agent who wishes to market P&V products to his/her customers. Prescribing agents are in charge of the whole selling process –from promoting to signing the agreement.

Of course, they receive our help – we facilitate access to any information and legal documents they may need. Furthermore, our advisors are available to answer their questions and guide them through their first sales.

Who Is the Program Aimed At?
 
Property agencies, consultants, financial institutions, tax, property advisors, etc.

Regular Income
For every sale, you will receive an attractive compensation based on a percentage –previously defined in the collaboration agreement signed with Pierre & Vacances Property Investment.

Training and Assistance
All our prescribing agents go through an intensive, comprehensive and practical training course which helps them assist their customers in their search for an investment opportunity or for a secondary residence, both in Spain and in France.

Furthermore, they will have an appointed advisor who will help them adopt our investment model and will answer all their questions. By means of Extranet access, they will be able to query information updated daily about property projects in the marketing stage, as well as marketing presentations, technical papers, apartment drawings, stock available, contracts, etc. In conclusion, all the information they need to make a sale.

Marketing Tools
We provide them free of charge with all the existing tools to promote property projects: brochures, posters, DVDs, catalogues, pictures for their web pages, etc.
