A word from the architect

I decided it was essential for the architectural design of the cottages to be grounded in their forest environment. The trees are the "owners" here and I see the houses as a natural extension of these trees. This is why the houses have been completely made out of wood, which is not just an ecological material but a good insulator that provides a cosy feel. The interiors have been designed to provide a genuine escape from your day-to-day cares and worries.

You hand management of your property over to the Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group. You are the owner and benefit from simplified management. You sign a ten year lease with the Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group, which then becomes your sole tenant.

• Your property is maintained: the Facilities Management Department manages maintenance operations, and local teams look after routine maintenance and cleaning.
• The Group pays for all insurance costs, fees (6) and taxes: you only pay property tax and any tax on your income.
