A new development in Avoriaz
> THE AMARA DISTRICT
Facing south and south-west, the Amara district will include six residences. Five will host luxuary and spacious apartments with upscale features including balconies overlooking the Morzine valley, and one residence will be more specifically dedicated to the spa, directly accessible from the apartments. Located at the resort entrance, they will have the unique privilege in Avoriaz of offering private underground parking.
> THE CROZATS DISTRICT
The new Crozats district, set in a dominant position close to the centre of the resort, will welcome four residences. Built on the mountainside, they will enjoy splendid views.
These elegant apartments will have large balconies, mostly facing south-west. As part of the Group’s commitments in favour of sustainable development, all the buildings will be designed to achieve a level of performance equivalent to the Très Haute Performance Energétique – Very High Energy Performance label.
> LES PORTES DU SOLEIL, AN UNLIMITED SKI AREA
Perched at the summit of an impressive cliff, 1,800m in altitude, Avoriaz is the only completely car-free resort in France. Imagine, all journeys are done by ski or drawn sleds! South-facing, the resort is at the heart of the “Portes du Soleil”, one of the largest ski areas in the world.
