The Presqu’île de la Touques 5-star* Residence consists of seven BBC (low consumption) buildings that form an architectural whole animated by varied façades and volumes.

The materials use the best that tradition has to offer: solid wooden walls, half-timbering, whitewash rendering or plasterwork in white, beige or ochre, brick, cut stone, terracotta tiling, natural slate. The project was designed by town planner and architect Xavier Bohl, in charge of developing the peninsula and who had already worked with the Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group on the construction of the Restanques village of the Golfe de Saint-Tropez. With a distinctive Deauville style, the superb ornamental gardens were designed by landscape gardener Thierry Huau.

Flowering apple trees, palm trees, pine trees, beds of roses, camellia or rhododendron bring changing colours to the heart of the Residence which opens onto a paved central courtyard in the mansion house style.

A new upscale hotel residence category was introduced in 2010: the 5-star Premium Residence. The new 5-star(1) Presqu’île de la Touques Residence is one of the first establishments to obtain this prestigious ranking, guaranteeing high quality services.

Spa and pools for absolute well-being

In a superb spa bathed in nacre and opaline reflections, the residents can treat themselves to care booths, massages, wraps, hydrojets or body modelling and enjoy the steam baths and saunas. This 200 m2 well-being area is connected to the indoor pool, bathed in light by its large glass canopy opening onto the

Residence’s landscaped gardens. It has been designed to welcome poeple of all ages all year round. Children’s area with dedicated games, swimming pool, Jacuzzi© and childcare area are provided for the pleasure of all.

The outdoor heated pool, surrounded by vast terraces, is directly linked to the indoor pool.

Residents are received around-the-clock by personnel specially trained to satisfy the needs of national and international customers, focused on their comfort and attentive to their demands. The Residence also has vast reception lounges, a lounge bar, Wi-Fi access, a baggage room, a laundry, a secured room to leave personal belongings, a bike hire service, basement parking.
