The aim is to obtain the best quality, ergonomics, safety and sustainability while remaining in tune with current trends.

Prestigious, vast, light-filled apartments enjoy very upscale facilities. Their large patios look onto the sea, the gardens of the quai de la Touques or the marina, depending on their orientation.

Sybille de Margerie, Artistic Director, presents the interior design of Deauville Presqu’île de la Touques:

" We have designed the apartments of the 5-star premium (1) Presqu’île de la Touques Residence as distinctive living environments, focused on intimacy, while offering a contemporary take on Deauville.

We have chosen shoreline inspired shades where azure blues blend with soft slates colours, notes of red suggesting the crimson funnels of cruise liners or brightly coloured parasols. In the same spirit, we have selected warm materials. Wood, the key component of Normandy houses, which we have adapted in determinedly graphic codes. Wool, velvet and linen have been used to create cosy atmospheres."
