The Pierre & Vacances investment properties are now available as a pension option for Irish Pension holders. When purchased via your pension, the properties are purely for investment, they are not available for personal use.

Now is the time to take control of your personal finances and look at your pension as a real asset. > How does it work?
 
One of Ireland largest trustee companies manages your pension fund. You may have one or more pension funds in different pension companies. If you wish, you can move some or all your pensions to the trustee company. You have the flexibility and the control of your own pension.

You can purchase a French leaseback for a surprisingly low entry level, from about €25,000. The rest can be financed from Mortgages via French banks. The more funds you invest, the less contributions you will have. You can invest the rest of your pension into any other secure investments that you wish to invest in. The choices are yours.
