Since the creation of the car-free resort in Avoriaz, the Group has always considered the environment as a priority.

In early 2008, the Group reinforced its commitment to the environment by launching its Sustainable Action Plan and renewing its partnership with WWF-France. The construction of property developments takes into account sustainable development, in particular:
- Energy performance (choice of materials and building quality)
- The High Environmental Quality approach (water management, “green site” approach, protection of the natural heritage).

 The Group anticipates regulatory change with its pre-emptive commitment to achieving THPE (Très Haute Performance Energétique – Very High Energy Performance) standards for all its new developments.
