Today, to extend its offer to new territories and continue its growth, our Group is exporting its know-how to Morocco by developing a project with a new, unrivalled ambition. This project is part of a partnership with Caisse de Gestion et de Dépôt marocaine (CDG).
Our aim is to become the leading operator of holiday residences in Morocco.Our development outlook does not stop at that, far from it. At Deauville and Flaine, we have designed new prestigious residences under the Pierre & Vacances Premium brand;the construction of a new Center Parcs in the Vienne,on land covering 264 hectares, is currently  being studied. To conclude, we are preparing the launch, in partnership with Eurodisney, of “Villages Nature”, next to Disneyland Paris®,a European-scale project designed on a sustainable development model never yet explored in the tourist industry.
