My Holiday Stays ?


When investing, the buyer may choose between two different options:

  • Pure investment: this formula ensures a guaranteed annual rent, free from expenses and paid directly to the owner.
  • Investment + holidays: the owner combines guaranteed profit and holidays. The duration of the holidays is established in each case, based on the investor's preferences and needs, as well as the profit obtained.

    • I am an owner and have selected the “investment + holidays” formula; can I stay in other residences or villages of the group?

    During high seasons, can I stay at my apartment?

    I am an owner and have selected the “investment + holidays” formula; what is the benefit to me?

    I am an owner and have selected the formula “Pure investment”, or else I have already used my weeks of holiday; are there any further reductions?
