You can, if you wish, choose an “Investment + Holiday stays” acquisition formula which enables you to offset your return with a select number of weeks or, for certain destinations, weekend stays in your property or its equivalent.

When you invest with Pierre & Vacances, you become the freeholder of your property and sign a nine-year leaseback agreement with Pierre & Vacances' tourism division.
Your return is index linked and you will receive up to 5% net return on your furnished property, depending on the country in which you invest.
