    Presentation

    This holiday village is the first of its kind in south-western France, just an hour and a half from Bordeaux. Its Village Centre is the heart of the site and a busy thoroughfare, with a bowling alley, shops, restaurants and play facilities for children. On some days, it also sells produce from the resort and local region, just like a traditional market place.

    The 400 cottages are dotted across a vast 85-hectare resort and combine all the luxury of a truly private space with wide open countryside. Become an owner and choose a property from two ranges of cottages:

    • Comfort cottage: from 32 to 75 m²
    • VIP cottage: from 46 to 101 m²

    All cottages are located in a quality environment, with forests and an oceanic climate of mild winters and hot summers.

    The lease agreement binding the owner to the operator is a commercial lease agreement and as such is subject to the provisions of articles L.145-1 to L.145-60 of the French Code of Commerce. The lessor can refuse to renew the lease agreement signed with the operator of the serviced residence. However, in this event, and notwithstanding exceptions provided for under articles L.145-17 et seq. of the French Code of Commerce, they will have to pay the operator so-called eviction compensation equal to the prejudice caused by the failure to renew. The procedures for calculation of such compensation are set out in the second paragraph of the aforementioned article L.145-14.

    • Rent is secured (4): you’ll be paid rent whether your cottage is occupied or not.
    • The property is looked after by local teams who manage its maintenance, routine upkeep and housekeeping.
    • Insurance, charges (8) and tax are dealt with by theGroup: you will only have to pay property tax or income-related tax.


    As an owner, you enjoy certain privileges:

    • A personal online account for managing holiday bookings in your property or in another of the Group’s residences (6).
    • Exclusive discounts, so you can enjoy your stays even more.
