Le Tikal is located close to the centre of the resort, the entertainment and the sports facilities of Val Thorens. Thanks to its ideal location, Le Tikal boasts ski-in/ski-out access. The residence is composed of modern and welcoming apartments which have been carefully decorated. Certain apartments offer a view over the resort and the mountains.
Le Machu Pichu
Le Machu Pichu is located directly next to the slopes, close to the centre of Val Thorens. The residence benefits from easy access to the leisure activities, entertainment and local shops. The residence offers fully equipped, practical apartments. In the ‘Relax and Condition’ space in the residence, you can enjoy 2 whirlpool baths, a sauna and a steam room. A large number of services are available: a convenience store, a ski shop, bar and a children’s play area in the reception room.

The furnished Buy-to-let scheme is the best way of earning supplementary income while significantly reducing tax on rental income over the long term.

Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs group is responsible for the management of your property. You are an owner and will benefit from worry-free management. You will sign a 10-year lease with Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs group, who will become your sole tenant.
Rental payments are guaranteed(5) : you will receive rental income whether your property is occupied or not. Your property is maintained: the ‘Facilities Management’ team will lead the maintenance operations and the local teams will assure the ongoing-maintenance and cleaning.
The guarantees, charges(6) and taxes are incurred by the Group: you will only pay property tax and tax related to your income.
